Activity plan sets out in full the operating framework for the partnership to ensure that the project is delivered effectively to meet its core aims and objectives.
ICT tool to be used among partners for internal and public communication on the project, the sharing of documents, financial and activity reports, information, pictures and video materials. Access to this part of the website will be restricted to partners only.


Desktop country research on the status in partner’s countries regarding the knowledge the general public, the business world, the VET Institutes and the HR departments already have on the key competences of the ERF as well as similar trainings in each partners country.
Analysis and process of the No 2, 4, 6 KCs curricula (No2: Communication in Foreign Languages, No4: Digital Competence and No6: Social and Civic Competences) and their further development in order to comply with the ERF standards and the needs of the target groups (in English). The material to be transferred for further development regarding KCs 2 & 6 will be first translated from EL to EN by DIMITRA.
Development of two extra curricula for the key competences, No7: Sense of Initiative and Entrepreneurship, and No8: Cultural Awareness and Expression (in English).
Development of the trainers’ package for each key competence, with theoretical material, contents, methodology approaches and tools and practical, educational techniques. These training packages have to adapt to the selected target groups and to meet the ERF requirements.
Due to cultural and social differences between partners’ countries and the differences between the selected target groups it is necessary for every partner to assess the level of adaptation of the training material of each competence to every country’s situation. Moreover it has to be translated to national languages.


One train the trainer workshop and one report on recommendations for each participating country οn the key competence that has already been developed.
One pilot training for end users (disadvantaged social groups) for each participating country.
One recommendations report for each participating country connected to the pilot training of disadvantaged groups. A combination of these reports to one common recommendation report.


• Booklet
Design and print of a booklet addressed to the major stakeholders. The booklet will focus in 2 issues: a) the meaning of the key competences according to ERF for the Lifelong Learning and b) the evaluation of the efficiency of the key competencies and its utilization. The booklet will be translated to all the partnership national languages.
One pilot training (demo-workshop) in each country of the partnership (5 in total) addressed to relative productive and economical policy makers, the business world, the professionals of HR and Human Development, Employment Centers (public and non public), NGOs, Local, Regional and National authorities and also VET organizations/ Associations and trainers.
One recommendations report from each participating country which will summarize the experience of the participants in the demo workshops.


Development of the syllabus for Key Competence No 7: Sense of Initiative and Entrepreneurship, according to ERF, in order to meet the accreditation procedure (Language EL).
Development of the Certification Scheme in a holistic approach on the already developed syllabus and training material for the Sense of Initiative and Entrepreneurship competence (testing methodology, testing questions which will cover the total syllabus and will guarantee the uniformly coverage of all the knowledge and all the teaching material, supervising procedure etc).


Building and supporting the operation of a Virtual European Community that will consist by stakeholders and will help (with ideas, suggestions and presentation of good practices) the development of the training material and the assessment of the developed products. This community will be also the agents of the multiplying effect for the dissemination purposes of WP8.
The CERF final CD includes the developed training materials (Training Curriculums and Trainers’ Package) for 5 of the Key Competences according to the European Reference framework and it is available in four languages (English, Greek, Swedish, and Spanish).


The QA is a tool that ensures a balance between expectations and the budget. It combines all the key components of the project, including the principle success factors and the means by which the factors will be quantified and assessed.
An additional clear cut output of this WP will be the connection of the progress and final evaluation reports which will follow logical framework principles to underpin evaluation framework, incorporating formative and summative stages complementing of the managing authority.

Development of dissemination material (Brochures and posters) to be used during the project. The dissemination material will be translated in all the partners’ languages. The press releases will be done locally.
• Website
Development of the project’s website that will have two major categories of sectors for data: internal and external sector. The internal will facilitate the managing partnership’s activities (WP1) and the external will be an interactive communicative and disseminative tool for partners and stakeholders.
The European Seminar/Final Event will take place in Greece and will present the final result of the project and will be attended minimum by 80 persons from the stakeholders and Virtual Community.
